Cross Country 2022 Season – Race 3 – Sefton Park, Liverpool

The Route

The Cross-Country season is almost upon us, and we have decided again to enter the Red Rose XC League. We have an impressive record in this league winning many team and individual prizes.

The format of the league includes 4 local races from October to December
We only need to compete in 3 races to gain points for the league table.
Runners can choose to run in all races or just one, but we need a minimum of 4 ladies & 6 men for each race meeting.

Sat 1st October – Centre Vale Park, Todmorden
Sat 12th November – Wilson’s, Accrington
Sat 26th November – Sefton Park, Liverpool (fantastic event, worth running)
Sat 3rd December – Marl Pitts, Rossendale
