A local classic taking in all the best terrain of the full Trog, without the full distance. Plenty of varied tough terrain. And perhaps a bit of mud!!!!

Race route only partially flagged. There are regular shoots on these moors so please no recces on a Saturday.

FRA mandatory minimum kit is compulsory including waterproof full body cover (Waterproof full body cover means a pair of waterproof trousers and a waterproof jacket with an integrated hood. Both items must have taped seams) + hat or a buff + gloves + map + compass (not out of a Christmas cracker) + whistle + emergency food.

Kit check prior to race number allocation on the day. Not the correct kit you won’t be allowed to race.
