Wyre Running is excited to launch the Inaugural Tram Route Run Half Marathon, proudly supported by City Electrical Factors (CEF).

Join us on Sunday 29th March 2026 for a truly unique running experience — a point-to-point half marathon following the historic tram route from Squires Gate, Blackpool, all the way to Marine Hall Gardens, Fleetwood (FY7 6HF).

This one-of-a-kind race takes you through the coastal towns of Blackpool, Bispham, Cleveleys, Rossall, and Fleetwood, with sea views and a fantastic atmosphere all along the way. With just 250 places available, this will be one of the most sought-after races of the year — so don’t miss out!

Race Details:

  • Start: 09:30am, Squires Gate, Blackpool

  • Finish: Marine Hall Gardens, Fleetwood

  • Registration: From 07:00am at Marine Hall Gardens

  • Bus transfer: 08:30am from Marine Hall to the start (runners only – tick box on entry if required)

  • Distance: Half Marathon (ARC permit approved)

  • Water stations: 4 en route
