Accrington Road Runners – 40th Anniversary Celebrations!

This summer, we’re marking 40 years of running, racing, and friendship – and we’d love YOU to be part of it!
To celebrate, past and present members of Accrington Road Runners will be taking part in a 40-mile relay run, with groups of runners carrying the baton for a mile.
🟡 The relay finishes at Accrington Cricket Club around 1:30pm
🟡 Join us there to cheer in the final leg, share memories, reconnect with friends, and raise a glass to our amazing club!
Whether you ran with us in 1985 or joined yesterday, come along and be part of this special celebration.
📍 Where? Relay route around Accrington & surrounding areas
🕜 When? Relay starts at 6am in the morning, finishes approx 1:30pm at Accrington Cricket Club
We’d love to see as many Road Runners (old and new!) as possible.
